Imagination was given to man to compensate him for what he is not, and a sense of humor was provided to console him for what he is. - Oscar Wilde

Animation, Art, and Other Shiny Things
Yes, another day-late Friday night music video. Kinda. This is an animated model test and is not something I’d generally post, but I’ve been keeping half an eye on the development of Shuck (and other of Fennah‘s characters like Lucy Lacemaker, the pink and white uh, monster(?) singing Mrs Lovett’s part).
I mean, what’s not to love about Shuck? A black, toothy, spiny, incredibly deadly-looking, probably-a-demon that can sing opera?! You tell me that’s not star material!
Even if Shuck, or Lucy, or Winnifred don’t make it into whatever animated-opera-singing-demon Big Time there is out there, Fennah has created some brilliant models in my opinion, that have a very good grace and nuance of movement now and are only getting better.
Another extra day-late Friday night music video. While the snow is gone this week, I still have a fascination with Bendy animations. The style, the music, just the feel of these toons is great fun.
Animation by Flint 4K for an original song sung by SquigglyDigg and Swiblet, and written by Flint 4K and Maple. Composed by David Berube.
Think of this as an extra Friday night music video posted a day late. Really it’s just a bonus because I’ve been snowed in for two days and am getting stir crazy.
And I have become quite the fan of Bendy cartoon videos. Great tunes and the 3D ‘neo-retro’ animation is pretty interesting, aside from Bendy simply being a brilliant character. Unsure I’ll ever play the game that spawns and inspires the videos, I’m more of a mmorpg player, but it does look like great fun.
While there is some mild disagreements on the lyrics to this song, the brilliantly simple line animation perfectly compliments the boppy tune. Great for a Friday night music video.
Animation by Studio Film Bilder, the tune is Bla Bla Bla by Gigi D’Agostino
Tonight’s Friday Night music video adds some class to the place.
The Gas Clock is a fragment of Goethe’s tragedy where Faust and Mephisto travel in time and space, between the living and the dead, in a maze that they may never find their way out of.
Animated by Mattias Gordon of whom we are a fan! More of his well done animation here.
I love me some Goldfish and this one adds to the pile o’ videos we have posted here already. Perfect for a Friday Night music video.
Bendy, the dancing demon, stars in this animated musical welcoming Henry home to one hell of a show. I’ve found several music videos featuring Bendy and other characters from the horror/puzzle game Bendy and the Ink Machine, but I like this one the best.
Animation by SquigglyDigg, arrangement and music by Gabe Castro.
I like this video a lot – a snappy song and a 3D treatment of semi-retro style animation. I think I’ll be looking for more Dead Pirates music if this is any indication of their usual.
The animation was done by Mcbess & Simon
